How it works

We apply design and innovation methodologies to build solutions from scratch

Stage 1: Research

Analyze problem-spaces to identify and understand critical needs and opportunities

Stage 2: Scoping

Dive deeper into a problem space  to map solution pathways

Stage 3: Ideation

Generate and analyze promising ideas to assess their feasibility

Stage 4: Validation

Prototype and test the best ideas. If a good fit is found, launch a company.

Meet the founders

Reciprocity is at the core of a strong and sustainable ecosystem. The same is true for our economy – we believe the venture studio approach can de-risk innovation and build a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem that taps LAC’s tremendous potential.
